JMR Personnel Services Limited is a privately owned employment agency in Mississauga, Ontario. It was founded in 1994 by Courtney Crawford. The company’s purpose was developed when Courtney saw the gap in companies that needed staff. We enjoy supplying some of North America’s largest manufacturing companies.

We have a team of knowledgeable staff experienced in the field and areas that we recruit to ensure that we understand our client’s needs and pride ourselves in finding the right candidate whilst being cost-effective. There is no perfect job candidate, but we ensure that the candidate will fit into the company culture and have the necessary skills to be successful.

After 24 years of operation, we go the extra mile to ensure our client’s needs are met while maintaining connections with candidates for future openings.
