Description
Forklift operators are responsible for picking and preparing shipments, loading and unloading product.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the accurate picking and preparation for outgoing shipments.
- Route products to appropriate staging areas via lift truck operation.
- Process all required paperwork and maintain adequate records of shipment information as to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure products shipped are in proper salable condition.
- Operation of warehouse equipment with care and control
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist in other warehouse functions as requested.
Qualifications
- Provide excellent customer service
- Strong work ethic
- Works well with others/Team Player
- Safe handling and storing of materials
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Be willing to do various tasks around the warehouse when needed.
